Tigran is a smart boy, he does not like studying and constantly finds himself in the center of unpleasant situations. However, everything changes his school is under threat of closure.
Once Upon a Time at School, a state-financed feature by Harutyun Khalafyan, won the “Best Script Award” (scriptwriter: Narek Avagyan) in the International Film’s Competition of the Crystal Baby Seal (Хрустальный нерпёнок) International Children's Film Festival. Directors, actors, screenwriters, and producers from different regions of Russia, India, Armenia, Iran, China, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Turkey participated in the festival. At the same time, the film was awarded the special Jury Prize at the Grachevsky International Film Festival.
