The "Armenian Cine-Century" regional program was hosted in Lori Province on July 25-30
A selection of the best-beloved films of the national cinematography was presented in 6 towns - Stepanavan, Alaverdi, Chochkan, Haghpat, Shnogh and Vanadzor, where the audience got the opportunity to reconnect with the best films of national cinema.
A surprise awaited the audience at the House of Culture of Haghpat. Margarita Aslanyan, an actress in the documentary film "Haghpat, Sanahin, Ardvi" (by Armen Khachatryan), who takes her roots from Haghpat, was present at the screening at the invitation of the National Cinema Center of Armenia. She was only nine years old when she participated in the shooting of the movie, so she shared her memories and impressions with the residents of Haghpat.
Another surprise awaited cinema enthusiasts in Vanadzor. The 93-year-old actress from the Abelyan Theater, Roza Mkhitaryan, who had a role in Aram Shahbazyan's film "Moskvich, My Love", which was screened on that day, added a warm atmosphere to the meeting. Her co-star in the film Artur Papikyan was also present.
